What file format do I need for printing?
Print-ready PDF is best, with high-resolution images (300 DPI for small items, 150 DPI for large banners) and fonts converted to outlines. We also accept AI, CDR, PNG and JPEG files — and if your artwork is not print-ready, our design team can fix or rebuild it.
How long does printing take?
Most small jobs like business cards and flyers are ready within 1–3 working days. Large-format jobs such as banners and signage typically take 2–5 working days depending on size and finishing. Tell us your deadline and we will work to it.
Do you deliver outside Mthatha?
Yes. We are based at the Mall of Mthatha, but we courier printed work across the Eastern Cape and nationwide. Vehicle branding is done on-site in Mthatha.
Can you design the artwork as well?
Absolutely — most of our printing clients use our in-house design service. One team handles your logo, layout, and print so colours and quality stay consistent.
